Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the bull99b platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions without any exceptions.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required not to use the bull99b platform. Continued use after any amendment to these terms is published will be considered acceptance of that amendment.

Account Registration and Management

To use the full services of bull99b, users are required to register an account with accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The following conditions apply to accounts:

• You must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration. Any attempt to register by an individual below this age is a serious violation of these terms.
• Each individual is only allowed one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts, including using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.
• All information submitted during registration must be truthful and accurate. bull99b reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through a Know Your Customer (KYC) review process.
• Users are fully responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other party.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the bull99b platform are subject to the following policy:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction, regardless of the payment method used.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is approved, subject to verification by the platform.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Users may only request withdrawals to the same payment method used for the deposit, for verification and anti-money laundering purposes.
• bull99b does not bear any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). For deposits made using cryptocurrency, the current exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed will apply.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by bull99b are subject to the following conditions:

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a first bonus of 120% of their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal can be made from that bonus value.

• Example: A deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120, making the balance RM220. The wagering requirement is RM120 × 10 = RM1,200.
• Second example: A deposit of RM1,000 gives a bonus of RM500, making the balance RM1,500. The wagering requirement is RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.

VIP Programme: Active users are eligible to advance to a VIP tier based on their activity record on the platform. Three tiers are available:

• 🥉 Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• 🥈 Silver — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• 🥇 Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Users can advance in tier when they show a consistent level of activity on the platform. bull99b reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the bull99b platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, roulette and sic bo — have their own rules which can be found within each game. Users are responsible for understanding the game rules before placing bets.

• Game results produced by the system are considered final. Any disputes must be submitted to the support team within 24 hours of the incident.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in exceptional circumstances such as a technical disruption that prevents the game from being completed.
• For sports betting, any match that is cancelled or suspended in accordance with the organiser's rules will be handled according to the bull99b sports betting policy applicable at the time of the incident.
• bull99b reserves the right to void any bet suspected of involving fraud, collusion or result manipulation.

Accepted User Conduct

Users of the bull99b platform are required to:

• Use the platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any illegal activity.
• Not use automation software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to influence game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Not engage in any form of money laundering or suspicious fund transfers through this platform.
• Not threaten, insult or harass support staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Report to the platform if you become aware of any technical vulnerabilities or security issues that could affect the integrity of the platform.

Any breach of the above rules gives bull99b the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any related balance.

Account Suspension and Closure

bull99b reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• The user is found to have violated any part of these terms and conditions.
• Information submitted during registration or verification is found to be false or misleading.
• Account activity triggers warnings related to fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
• The user is found to be using multiple accounts.
• At the user's own request, including for responsible gambling reasons.

Users may also request to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the bull99b support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned once the verification process is complete.

Platform Liability Limits

bull99b is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Service disruptions, technical issues, or network outages beyond the platform's control.
• Losses incurred as a result of betting decisions, regardless of the circumstances of those bets.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in protecting their password.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third-party payment providers.

This platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bull99b works to keep services running smoothly, but makes no absolute guarantee of continuous uninterrupted availability.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

bull99b reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be posted on this website with a clear effective date.

Users are responsible for checking this page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version of the applicable terms. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are posted will be considered acceptance of those amendments.
